Realtors have to constantly be farming for fresh prospects, and something of the key ways in which real estate professionals do that is by mailing out real-estate postcards in hopes of gaining fresh prospects. The big dilemma when mailing out farming cards is how many should I be sending out?
A good plan whenever mailing out real estate postcards is to send them out often. While a one-time mailing to the same area might help generate new prospects, imagine the number of more potential leads you could get if you mailed out several postcards over a monthly time period. By doing that you will increase your name and face recognition in that place, so when the time comes for an individual to purchase or sell they are going to think to call you.
The average real estate agent only wants to mail lower than 250 farming cards once in a while. That is not likely to help you develop a relationship with fresh prospects and obtain more potential customers. At a minimum, you need to be sending out at the very least 250 postcards every month. You’ll want to make it a normal part of your marketing and advertising plan to do these types of standard and consistent real estate mailings. If you have the budget, sending out more real estate cards per month is even better. The more people you reach the more potential you gave for gaining that new lead. By mailing a regular mailing you are always keeping your name and face in front of those potential clients with your real estate postcard mailings.
If you do not have a farming area list of names that is large enough to do bigger mailings month after month, some print companies that you buy your real-estate postcards from offer mailing list as well. Most will even handle the mailing for you so you dont even have to lift a finger.
